The Partners of the firm are Frederick Grounds, DL, FRICS, FAAV, and Geoffrey Brinton, ACII, FNAEA, FICBA, each have over 30 years of professional experience in the property business.

A Senior Associate of the firm is Shirley Pollard, BA, MRICS, FAAV.

Other professional members of the team include Jody Betts, MNAEA.

Our professional team is ably assisted by Doreen Brinton, the New Developments consultant, Sheila Bowers, MNAEA, the Residential Property Manager at our Chatteris office, Louiza Powter, MNAEA, the Residential Property Manager at our March office, Eveline Howe, the Residential Property Manager at our Wisbech office and by Cathy Goodjohn, Christine Dawson, Rachel Taylor, Debbie Goodwin and Michelle Inman at our Chatteris Office. David Southwell, Carol Carter, David Downes, Janet Wardle, Claire Wright, Nikki Smith, Illona Fuller and Linda Truelove at our March Office, Susan Atkinson, Terrina Pasquale and Marie Cole, at our Wisbech Office, most of whom have been with the firm for a great many years.
